May goals:

1. finish this challenge.

2. heal from my surgery from Monday. I had surgery to drain an ovarian cyst, have adhesions and endometriosis removed, and a uterine ablation. I will have to have another surgery in 6 months to remove a “giant cyst” that is a teratoma. A teratoma is a cyst that is solid and could possibly have hair and teeth in it. Don’t Google that. I warned you. I’m not making this shit up. I swear, this is my life.

3. write a heated letter to the hospital about how crappy they were. I was released too early and my nurse was awful.

4. catch up on my tv.

5. have lunch with Hil. Because we’re awesome..

6. assemble the school newsletter. Because that’s my PTA job.

7. completely revamp my friend Will’s website. Because I am a design goddess.

8. up my protein level. Because I have to do that in order to have my next surgery.

9. make more lists.

Duh. Wonder Woman.

Why? Are you kidding? She’s an Amazon princess. She was really the only strong woman for little girls to look up to in the 70s when I was a kid. Wonder Woman was beautiful, smart, and strong. And she had great accessories. For real – bracelets that deflect bullets, a tiara that’s also a boomerang, a lasso that makes people tell the truth, an invisible plane – plus telepathic and could speak every language known to man or alien. AND she’s a member of the Justice League, so she’s on the same level as Superman and Batman. Batman’s my second favorite, obviously.

I have been to a few places.

I’m looking forward to a few weeks from now after I’ve recovered from the surgery I’m having Monday. I’ve had an ovarian cyst since October and I’ve been waiting to have it removed. It’s insanely painful and I’m sick of the damn thing.

I have a few habits. One that that bugs me is my procrastination. I’m pretty bad about it. Why do today what you can put off ’til tomorrow?

I’ve been blogging since 2003 when I started a site on Homestead. I moved to Blogger, then WordPress, Typepad, and now a WordPress site. My life is all about the extra stuff.

11. In December I had weight loss surgery and I’m finally getting serious about my health.

14. I have one sister, but we don’t speak. Long story.

15. I will watch anything on tv about Bigfoot, the Titanic, conspiracies, and things with chefs.

It was more awkward than that time the nurse had to help me take a shower after my c-section.

It was more awkward than that time I was eating two desserts by myself at a restaurant and someone I knew came up and talked to me.

It was more awkward than that time I wouldn’t dance with my date at homecoming.

It was more awkward than that time my son accidentally shoplifted an Elmo doll in Target when he was three.

It was more awkward than that time I ran over the assistant pastor’s foot with my car.
