My new favorite Instagram account is Wondermind. Wondermind is a mental fitness company co-founded by Selena Gomez. They have a fantastic IG, a M/W/F newsletter, and they’re starting a podcast. It’s all very positive without being GOOPY and recognizes that depression and other mental illnesses are real. And their posts and newsletters are written the way my friends and I talk! I just love it.

I love Nicole Beyer. She’s on the show Grand Crew and cohorts a podcast called Newcomers where she and Lauren Lapkus watch and review movie franchises they’ve never seen. It’s hilarious.
