4.61/365: Wendy’s new jalapeno popper salad

In fast food news (what has this blog become?) — Wendy’s has a new jalapeno chicken sandwich and a slad. A JALAPENO POPPER SALAD. Really, America? For fun, I looked up the nutrition facts on each new offering. The salad has 670 calories, which is 70 calories more than the sandwich.

The 30-second commercial says: “Wendy’s is all in on flavor” and “want more flavor than bread?” showing a meeting at “McBoredom” with a diagram of a Big Mac on a whiteboard. Because my inner Peggy Olsen kicked in, a dozen other taglines ran through my mind.

4.59/365: Golden Globes 2021 fashion wrap-up

There may have been only a red carpet for presenters last night, but largely, the fashion didn’t disappoint. I grabbed my favorite images from Vogue, Teen Vogue, Yahoo Life, and Harper’s Bazaar for my wrap-up since most pics were posted from Instagram and publicists. I picked the dresses and outfits I loved/and or thought were interesting. Tell me what your favorite was. I’ll focus on my favorite and the rest of the photos will be in a gallery.

I love this. Anya Taylor-Joy from The Queen’s Gambit in Dior. This is goooorge.

And now for the best and the rest. I loved Amanda Seyfried and Elle Fanning. Stunning.
