If you have anxiety, chances are it increases during the holidays due to stress, obligations, and say it with me — family members. Look, you have anxiety, dress it up a little for the holidays. Put a bow on it. And talk to friends that help. Take prescribed meds. Keep up doctor and counseling appointments. You can do it. We’ll get through it together.

During the holidays there may be many potholes to dodge. In-laws, kids, stores, and literal potholes. Make the best out of any situation. put a happy little tree in that pothole.

Deck the halls, but don’t be this person. This house on my street uses three different types and colors of lights on their house. Don’t do this. I used to run a yearly tacky yard contest on this very blog, but it got to where everything was just blow-ups of everything. Nothing truly stood out and blended together. Be unique, but don’t do this.

Go ahead and dream of a pink Christmas, just like the ones I used to know.
