I was driving with my son on the Houston Beltway Friday and Andrew says “there’s a horse” and got his phone to capture this photo

Now, what you need to know is this cowboy was very close to the wildly crazy Beltway. This is an 8-10 lane road.

I guess he was avoiding the toll
