I know for sure that today is a milestone for everyone in my generation as well as baby boomers. After a Guinness-recognized record 41 seasons, Pat Sajak is retiring from Wheel of Fortune.
Growing up, I watched the show with my grandparents (who never missed it) and it blew their minds when I solved a puzzle that only had Ss and Es. It was Steven Spielberg. I was eleven. They thought I was a genius.
Although I only catch Wheel every once in a while, it won’t be the same. Ryan Seacrest is replacing Pat. It definitely won’t be the same. Just like The Price is Right. No one is Bob Barker.
