7.67/366: let this be a lesson

Before you use AI on something, be sure and look at what you’re posting/sending.

I saw this as a meme on the IG and thought it was funny.

Then I thought for a second and fired up Chat GPT.

I started simply enough: “man plays Duck Hunt game.”

Not exactly what I was looking for. So, I tried “man plays Duck Hunt video game.”

What on earth are those birds? Look closely. That’s nightmare fuel.

Next, I went with “man plays Duck Hunt game in living room.”

I have to admit, this was my favorite. But what is he playing? What is going on?

Then I had an idea: “man plays Duck Hunt video game on television in living room.”

What the hell is this? Is this what the robot overlords think people look like? What’s going on with the faces? Where are the second legs? Is the guy on the left a duck/human hybrid? They’re still not playing a game! And where is the TV I asked for? The ceiling lamp is part duck! Is that a dog crate? So many questions.

What have we learned here today, kids? The robots do not know what Duck Hunt is or really, what a duck or person is, for that matter. Or a TV. My head hurts. I need to turn off my phone.
