Long time friends and readers will know my hair history, but the long story medium is that I originally had very red hair back in the day that faded into this beige non-color once my oldest child was born. I’ve been coloring it for almost 20 years. Lawd, I’m old. So, I’ve used boxes and a few stylists (only one was great at red) over the years and for the past five years I’ve used eSalon and Madison Reed.
No one is paying me for this (but they can — or hey, a free couple of months) and I would use it anyway, but I can’t say enough about eSalon. People have always complimented me on my hair color and I’ve never had a problem telling them it’s my original color. My last two stylists in my area now thought it was natural because it’s that good.
Why am I telling you this? Because I wanted to post this cute selfie and I didn’t want to seem conceited or obnoxious.
