3.283/366: World Mental Health Day

Today is World Mental Health Day. A lot of you are feeling with emotions you’ve never felt during this pandemic and literally everything associated with it. Many of us who already have depression or anxiety are feeling extra everything. If you need to reach out, do it. If you think you need to talk to a professional, do it. If you need to take something to help you get through it, do it. Mental health is the same as any other health issue. You wouldn’t walk around every day with an open wound and not get it looked at, so why let your mental health go unaddressed? If you see that a friend, family member, or coworker is having a rougher than usual time, start a conversation. You might be the push they need to ask for help.
