I'm guessing my invitation got lost in the mail because the Kennedy Center Honors was last night and I was at home watching Dexter. Y'all. I've been watching the Kennedy Center Honors since I was a teenager; I love the show, the whole premise, everything about it.
If ever there was a year for me to be there, this was it. This year the honorees were Paul McCartney, Oprah, and Merle Haggard. My boyfriend Alec Baldwin introduced the tribute to McCartney. Alec Baldwin and Paul McCartney in one room, people!
Oprah is so happy to hold Paul McCartney's hand, she's absolutely giddy. I don't have to tell you that should be me.
She wanted to hold his hand. Hee hee hee.
I'd even look good in that dress, but the rainbow medal does nothing for that outfit.
Paul's looking at her like "bitch is crazy."
