The hubs and I went to the new Zeas last night and It was some kind of good. If you live remotely close to a Zeas, stop what you’re doing and go now. Save room for dessert and get the sweet potato bread pudding. Y’all, if Jesus were born today, the wise men would forget the muhr and bring the sweet potato bread pudding. Then baby Jesus would give them a fist bump and share his dessert with everyone. Meanwhile, the fam and I are here at Chili’s, where the no longer have my fave blue cheese burger. Ugh.

Hopefully you had better service at Chili’s today than my mom, my kids and my sister (a total party of nine) had last night. They did call ahead seating at 5pm, got there at 6:15 and still had to wait 30 min. for a table. But that’s what I heard anyway….hubby and I were partying at Cov. Country Club at a wedding reception.

no, our service was not any better. They tried to seat us where a family of 5 wouldn’t fit, then didn’t bring silverware until 5 minutes after our food come. They said it was being rolled. Yeah, thanks, I hate it when my napkin’s not rolled around my silverware.

Hah! The gave my fam the same “rolling” excuse too, and my mom almost asked (thank goodness she didn’t) if silverware was the only thing they were rolling back there in the kitchen….
